My mother, Shirley Tomko, is still a member and keeps me posted on my church family. I still receive the Brunswick Sun Times to keep up with news from Brunswick and I noticed this website on the Events Calendar so I thought I'd take a look. It's a great website! It's wonderful to see Leslie Fagan and Iola Carey on the Staff web page. I remember them fondly. The church building wouldn't be the same without Red and Winona McClelland, such devoted stewards of God's house. I just visited the Boy Scouts website too and left a message for Mr. Lahl as well thanking him for investing his time and energy with the scouting program and bringing it back to the church. One has to be apart from BCCUMC to truly understand what a church family like this one means and how much it can be missed. You are always in my thoughts and I appreciate the love and care everyone there gives my mother, this congregation means so very much to her.
